you as an organizer can have your event certified by Kistamässan.
As of January 2023, you as an organizer can have your event certified by Kistamässan. Easyfair’s facilities in Sweden are now certified according to the Swedish Environmental Standard, which means that we can offer our organizers an environmental certificate for your events when you use our premises. Something that is unique for the industry to be able to offer its customers as a fair and event organizer.
Our project managers & environmental consultants guide you through the entire process from start to completed graduation. During 2023, Easyfairs supports the environmental work of our external organizers by deducting half the cost of the certification from the premises rent for events at Kistamässan.

Kistamässan has an optimal location between Stockholm and Arlanda and getting here is easy whether you prefer to travel by subway, train, car, or bus. It only takes 15 minutes by train from Stockholm Central Station, while from Arlanda Airport you can reach Kistamässan in under 30 minutes. Kistamässan is directly connected to the E4 and E18 highways and there are plenty of parking spaces for convenient transportation from all over Sweden.

Our amazing staff will take good care of you all the way to make sure you’ll reach your goals. We will also collaborate with reputable Mäss-Service to ensure a smooth build-up of your stand etc.

We have space for both large and small meetings. Our meeting rooms can be customized for all types of gatherings and we create environments according to preferences.
Kistamässan has a capacity of over 2500 people for a congress and offers 16 meeting rooms.
Kistamässan is a modern conference facility with endless possibilities but it’s the people in the house that make us unique. Here you’ll receive personalized service and all our staff are happy to share their knowledge and experiences.
Our experience at Kista Exhibition & Congress Centre was very positive. Collaboration with staff worked excellently in everything from planning to execution of the congress. We can warmly recommend Kista Exhibition & Congress Centre.
Surgical Week 2022 was arranged at Kista Exhibition & Congress centre, during five days in August 2022. The congress attracted more than 1500 surgeons, nurses, administrators, and students from all over Sweden with many parallel sessions and a large exhibition.
