We’re delighted to hear that you’re interested in participating as an exhibitor at our trade shows! To ensure your participation is successful, it’s important that everything runs smoothly before, during and after the event. Together with our production company, Kista Fair Services, we ensure that the fair content is comprehensive and our technical staff is available to support you throughout the process.

As an exhibitor you’re warmly welcome to contact Kista Fair Services for any technical questions or to place orders ahead of the fair. We strive to make your fair experience as comfortable and efficient as possible and we’re here to assist with anything you need.

Book early to save money!

Please contact Kista Fair Services well in advance of your event with us, the deadline for orders is 10 days before your event. Please note that we charge an additional 30 percent for items and services if you order from us later than 10 working days before the start of the fair. Changes or cancellations made later than 10 working days before the opening day of the fair will be charged at full price. Get in touch early and save money!

Invoicing

All stand services will be invoiced after the fair with payment terms of ten days net. All prices in the catalog are rental prices for the entire fair period, excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Kista Fair Services reserves the right for any printing errors and price adjustments.
